SHIPPING POLICY
We take great care in packaging and shipping your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please note: Custom and personalized pieces may require additional production time. Details will be specified on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delivery Responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout, or packages marked as delivered.
- In case of lost or stolen packages, please reach out to the carrier directly. We’ll assist you with the information you need to file a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Your happiness is important to us! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit on eligible items.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery, as confirmed by the courier.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- All original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, and any gifts with purchase) must be included.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the issued store credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
- All returns are subject to inspection. If an item is returned damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because each order is automatically processed into our production system, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
REPAIR POLICY
We hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of life’s adventures, however, should your piece need repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge.
You may contact minal@eternal.jewelry with your order number and an image of the piece needing service. For jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees will apply (including but not limited to shipping fees, additional costs pertaining to your repair such as a missing diamond or a remake of a necklace). All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repair’s completion.
PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your jewelry. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times. Items that are international orders, lost, altered or repaired outside of out store will result in voided warranty.
